    Charlotte Recommends: Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate) are great in baths as the magnesium absorbs through the skin to help get deep into the muscles relaxing them. I have 1 every other day to help with the aches and pains of daily life. You need to make sure you have a reasonable amount of it to get the benefit (this is the most common reason why it people feel no effect – you can sprinkle it you need a good couple of coffee mug sized scoops!) I get 10kg a month to ensure every bath is adequately dosed. (Note I do this on amazon subscription so I save)

I have recently started using this liposomal Magnesium Bis-Glycinate Liquid. I’m finding that these because it liposomal (which means they’ve shielded the Magnesium from stomach acid which increases the absorption of across the gut wall into the bloodstream) I get more effect, faster!
