Meet Sally, our extraordinary 80-year-old white witch residing in the heart of London. Her journey into the realm of wellness and spirituality began at the tender age of 13 when she first realised there was more to life than what meets the eye. Since then, Sally has been on a lifelong quest for knowledge, joy, and connection with the natural world.

Sally’s passion for nature and the planet’s energy is evident in every aspect of her life. As a practitioner of pagan traditions, she finds solace and strength in the earth’s rhythms. Her fascination with botany has evolved into a deep appreciation for ecotherapy and green therapy. Sally’s connection to the land goes beyond mere observation; she actively engages with it through dowsing, visiting sacred sites, and tapping into leylines to boost both her own energy and that of the planet. Her adventures have taken her to spiritual hotspots around the globe, including Sedona, Malta, Iceland, Scotland, Wales, and Cornwall, with an upcoming Arctic expedition to Norway in pursuit of the Northern Lights.

In her London home, Sally has created a sanctuary known as “Gloria’s room,” filled with crystals and healing instruments. Here, she conducts sound baths, using an array of tools including Tibetan bowls, crystal pyramids, and her prized 42-inch wind gong named Gloria. Sally’s approach to healing is intuitive and holistic, combining various elements such as Reiki, crystal therapy, and sound healing. She also uses oracle cards and runes to connect with her clients higher selves. She leads a drumming circle monthly, recognising the power of rhythm to entrain the mind and foster community healing.

Sally’s journey through life has been one of constant exploration and growth. From her childhood in India and a long voyage to the UK, through making the most of every decade as it’s passed, engaging in new insights through her annual visits to the Glastonbury Symposium and attending lectures of leading thought-leaders to her current role as a healer and spiritual guide, she has embraced the transformative power of sound, the mind, nature and community.
