Your Signals

Your body has been communicating all along.

Your energy.Your sleep.Your digestion.Your mood.Your focus.Your stress responses.Your sense of purpose.None of these are random.They are signals.

The challenge isn’t that your body isn’t communicating. It’s that most of us have never been taught how to understand the language.

Speak With Your Body helps you recognise patterns, understand context, and build a common language with your body so you can make more informed decisions about your health, wellbeing, and life.

You Know Something Feels Off… But You Can't Explain Why

Most of us are taught to pay attention to our health when something is seriously wrong. But our health isn’t just about diagnosis and disease. It’s also shaped by the everyday signals that influence how we feel, think and live..

This is what I call Big H Health.

It matters. It keeps us alive. But there is another side to health that often receives far less attention.

I call it little h health.

Little h health shapes our quality of life. It’s waking up tired despite a full night’s sleep, struggling to concentrate, feeling overwhelmed by things that never used to bother you, or living with low energy, brain fog, digestive discomfort, disrupted sleep, or a persistent sense that something isn’t quite right.

Individually, these experiences may seem small. Collectively, they can have a profound impact on how we feel, think, behave, and experience life. They influence our energy, confidence, relationships, and ability to participate fully in the things that matter to us.

Over time, they can quietly make life feel smaller.

And when life feels smaller, there is less room for joy.

The challenge is that many of these experiences are normalised, dismissed, or accepted as “just part of life.” So we adapt, push through, lower our expectations, and stop asking questions.

Speak With Your Body begins with a different approach.

Instead of ignoring these signals, we become curious about them.

Because understanding what feels off is often the first step towards understanding yourself.

Your Symptoms Aren't Random

When something feels off, our natural instinct is often to make it stop. We search for answers, look for solutions,
and try to get rid of the symptom as quickly as possible.
Sometimes that’s exactly the right thing to do.

How do I make this go away?

❌ The old question

Why might this be happening?

✅ The new question

But symptoms can also provide valuable information.

Most of us have been taught to see symptoms as problems to suppress, manage, or eliminate. What if they are also signals? Signals that something has changed, something needs attention, or there may be a pattern worth exploring.

The goal isn’t to become obsessed with symptoms. The goal is to become curious about them.

Because when we stop asking, “How do I make this go away?” and start asking, “Why might this be happening?” a different conversation begins.

And that conversation often reveals far more than the symptom itself.

Signals Need Context

A symptom rarely tells the whole story.
When something feels off, it’s natural to focus on what we can see or feel most clearly. But the signal we notice isn’t always where the story begins.
Poor sleep may be influenced by stress.
Low energy may be connected to purpose or meaning.
Digestive discomfort may reflect far more than what is on your plate.
Understanding ourselves requires us to look beyond individual symptoms and consider the wider context in which they occur.
To make this easier, Speak With Your Body explores signals through three interconnected areas of experience: Body, Mind, and Soul.
We’ve grouped them according to where signals often appear, but they are not separate systems. They constantly influence one another, helping to shape your unique baseline and your experience of life.

Body

Physical signals you can feel and observe. sleep, energy, digestion, stress responses, pain, tension, and resilience.

Mind

Patterns shaping how you think, feel, and respond. beliefs, habits, focus, emotional regulation, and inner narratives.

Soul

The deeper aspects of who you are and how you experience life. Values, purpose, alignment, joy, vitality, and connection.

Learn How to Interpret What You're Experiencing

Recognising signals is only the beginning.
Rather than jumping to solutions, Speak With Your Body guides a process of observation, interpretation, experimentation, and reflection.
The next step is learning how to make sense of them.
Rather than jumping straight to solutions, Speak With Your Body encourages a process of observation, interpretation, experimentation, and reflection.
At its heart is a simple framework:

  • 1
    Notice

    What is happening?

  • 2
    Add Context

What else might be influencing it?

  • 3
    Respond

    What action feels appropriate?

  • 4
    Observe

    What changes?

Over time, this creates a feedback loop that helps you better understand your patterns and identify what influences how you think, feel, and function day-to-day.

As those patterns become clearer, you begin to understand your unique baseline: what normal looks like for you, what supports it, and what tends to move you away from it.

This makes it easier to recognise change, respond more intentionally, and make more informed decisions about your health and wellbeing.

The goal isn’t to find a quick fix.

The goal is to understand yourself well enough to recognise what influences your wellbeing, identify what you want to change, and know how you’ll recognise progress when it happens.

What Your Body Might Be Trying to Tell You

The same signal can mean very different things depending on the context.
That’s why interpretation matters.
A signal is a starting point for curiosity, not a conclusion.

Take a Step Back and See What's Really Going On

When something feels off, it’s easy to focus on the symptom.

It’s much harder to see the bigger picture.

Your Signals, Decoded is a free assessment designed to help you step back, map what you’re experiencing, and begin identifying the patterns and influences that may be shaping your wellbeing.

Inside you’ll learn how to:

  • Identify what feels off and where it tends to show up.
  • Distinguish between random events and recurring patterns.
  • Explore signals across Body, Mind, and Life.
  • Recognise potential influences that may be contributing.
  • Build a clearer picture of what’s actually happening.

You’re not trying to find the answer. You’re creating the understanding needed to ask better questions.

Move From Awareness to Clarity

The Clarity Practice

Recognising patterns is an important first step.

But awareness alone doesn’t always tell us what to do next.

The Clarity Practice introduces a simple process for working with your signals rather than overriding them.

By noticing what’s happening, adding context, making small adjustments, and observing the results, you begin creating clarity through action and feedback.

Rather than relying on guesswork or quick fixes, you’ll learn how to build a clearer picture of what influences your wellbeing and what helps you feel and function at your best.

The aim isn’t to find immediate answers.

It’s to develop enough clarity to move from reacting to noticing, from guessing to interpreting, and from outsourcing to understanding.

Build the Confidence to Become Your Own Reference Point

The Self-Expertise Method

Understanding a single signal is valuable.

Learning how to understand yourself consistently is transformational.

The Self-Expertise Method is a structured programme designed to help you develop the skills, confidence, and self-trust needed to navigate your health and wellbeing more independently.

Across ten progressive lessons, you’ll learn how to recognise patterns, understand context, interpret feedback, make informed decisions, and explore support options without losing sight of your own experience.

Rather than relying solely on external answers, you’ll build a repeatable process that helps you understand what influences your wellbeing, identify what matters most, and respond with greater clarity and confidence.

The goal isn’t to know everything. It’s to become your own reference point.

Now You Can Start Exploring What Might Help

Understanding yourself is an important first step.

The more clearly you understand your patterns, influences, and priorities, the easier it becomes to explore potential solutions from an informed position.

Without that understanding, it’s easy to fall into the trap of chasing quick fixes, following generic advice, or trying things simply because they worked for someone else.

But what works for one person may do very little for another.

That’s why discernment matters.

Practical Tools is where you’ll find a curated collection of resources, approaches, and perspectives designed to help you explore what may support your unique needs.

The goal isn’t to tell you what to do.

The goal is to help you discover what works for you.

Insights That Change the Conversation

Understanding yourself isn’t just about recognising signals.
It’s also about challenging assumptions, exploring new perspectives, and questioning ideas that may no longer serve you.

The articles below explore some of the ideas that sit at the heart of The Alchemy of Being, including discernment, self-trust, personal responsibility, and the challenge of finding what works uniquely for you.

These are just three of the many topics we explore.
