Let’s be honest: these days, the wellness world is sadly becoming more filled with judgement and comparison. We see it every day. People criticising how others meditate, breathe, eat, or heal. And we do it to ourselves, too, wondering why someone else’s “miracle fix” just leaves us flat.
The truth? There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. We’re all unique, and your path to wellbeing is as individual as you are.
In this article, I want to call time on the judgement, the comparison, and the pressure to fit in. It’s time to do wellness your way. It’s time to celebrate what makes you, you.
