It combines five original Bach flower essences, including Rock Rose and White Chestnut, which work together to alleviate unwanted, repetitive thoughts that can disrupt sleep. By taking a few drops before bedtime, you should find it easier to relax and transition into sleep without the grogginess associated with medication. Gotta be worth a try..
