The heat causes higher rates of sweat than a traditional sauna. The sweat is great for detox but also dilates the blood vessels for improve circulation and with that pain relief. When my pain levels are really bad this is my go to. I used to use this 3 times a a week. For comfort, and easy cleaning I used a liner too. This product adds both to your shopping cart.
