90-min Trauma Release Session with Nicky

If you’re unsure what it is exactly you need by way of treatment, this session is for you.

In this 1.5hr immersive session, Nicky will explore what’s going on for you and tailor your session accordingly.

She may combine different treatment modalities to find the unique blend of what works best for you.

This may include Physio, Deep Fascial Release, Havening, Craniosacral Therapy or PSYCH-K.

Where you are on the day, will determine what we use in the session, and will always be a collaborative decision.
