Particularly beneficial for shift workers, young children, or anyone living in brightly lit areas. I used this with my foster kids and also take them on holiday in the summer to avoid the early morning sunshine reducing my 7hours of sleep!

The design means there is no contact on eye lashes (which irritate me and stop me being able to sleep with it on).
