    Charlotte Recommends: The use of far infrared rays means that the heat transfer warms the body from within, rather than the surrounding air. The heat causes higher rates of sweat than a traditional sauna. The sweat is great for detox but also dilates the blood vessels for improve circulation and with that pain relief. When my pain levels are really bad this is my go to. I used to use this 3 times a a week. For comfort, and easy cleaning I used a liner too. This product adds both to your shopping cart.

I use this after each treatment i give, and morning and night. I would prefer to walk on the land but sometimes there isn’t time or the weather isn’t so great – so this version is more efficient and time-friendly.

    Charlotte Recommends: if you suffer from inflammation this can cause pain in the airways, including the ear. Using a Hop Ear Candle quarterly can really help to clear them out of everything use reducing the irritation caused by the inflammation. They are really easy to use and provide some forced down time for an extra meditation.

    Nicky Recommends: Gua sha tools are implements used in traditional Chinese medicine for facial and full-body massage to promote circulation, reduce tension, and enhance overall health. These tools work by applying gentle pressure and scraping motions along the skin, which may stimulate lymphatic drainage, increase blood flow, release fascial adhesions, and alleviate various musculoskeletal issues. Gua sha tools come in various materials and shapes, including jade (known for its cooling properties), rose quartz (for its soothing effects), and stainless steel (for its durability and hygienic qualities.) My personal one is Jade but for treatments i use Stainless Steel.

    Magnesium – Epsom Salts

    Charlotte Recommends: Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate) are great in baths as the magnesium absorbs through the skin to help get deep into the muscles relaxing them. I have 1 every other day to help with the aches and pains of daily life. You need to make sure you have a reasonable amount of it to get the benefit (this is the most common reason why it people feel no effect – you can sprinkle it you need a good couple of coffee mug sized scoops!) I get 10kg a month to ensure every bath is adequately dosed. (Note I do this on amazon subscription so I save)
