I use this after more intense workouts, when I know my body needs additional support to recover properly.
What matters most to me here is how it feels in my body — this one doesn’t cause bloating or disrupt my system, which isn’t always the case with protein powders.
The addition of bone broth and MCTs makes it feel more like a complete recovery support rather than just protein.
