Turmeric – Active Curcumin

Charlotte Recommends: Curcumin is something I personally use to support inflammation, recovery, and physical resilience — particularly with conditions like EDS, where inflammation and physical stress can build over time.

I tend to use capsules when I want something simple, consistent, and easy to build into a daily routine. This version is particularly strong, so I usually take one in the morning and one at night during periods where pain, inflammation, or recovery needs feel higher.

What I’ve learned over time is that curcumin can be incredibly supportive, but the format matters too. For some people capsules work perfectly, while others respond better to liquids or sprays depending on digestion, absorption, and lifestyle.
