Turmeric – Better You Spray

Charlotte Recommends: Curcumin is one of the main tools in my personal inflammation-support toolbelt, especially during periods where my body feels more inflamed, physically stressed, or slower to recover.

I particularly like the spray versions because they’re easy to use, absorb quickly, and work well for people who struggle with capsules or digestion. Sometimes the best supplement isn’t just about the ingredient itself, but about finding the format your body responds to best and that you’ll actually use consistently.

For me, this is a really practical option when I want flexible, targeted support without adding more tablets into the mix.
