    ElectroThreads – Hooded Blanket

    Buy Direct

Charlotte Recommends: Meditation quite often can mean sitting still for a reasonable period of time (from 10mins to an hour) and the last thing you want is to feel the chill. These hooded blankets are super soft, super cute and really effective. I pop it on my head, wrap it around me as i meditate and I’m toasty and comfy. The patterns they have are amazing. I also have a flow dream clock

    Harmonised Spaces – Room Spray

    View Direct

Sally Recommends: This spray is buzzing with naturally uplifting signatures of gem and flower essences and essential oils along with some vibrationally imprinted frequencies – the signautre proces of the makers. These are concentrated potions, so a little goes a long way! I use them to maintain clear space after a sound bath ot meditation. I simply spray once or twice into each corner and in the centre of the room. It smells divine and helps reset the room for my next experience in it.

    In-Harmony Meditation Chair

    Buy Direct

Charlotte Recommends: I actually supported the creation of the InHarmony chair through Kickstarter and was the first person to have one in the UK — and honestly, it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s one of the most immersive sound and vibration experiences I’ve personally tried. The chair combines sound, vibration, and guided meditation in a way that helps create a deeply calming and embodied experience. Rather than simply listening to sound, you physically feel the vibrations moving through the body via the subwoofer built into the chair, which creates a very different sensory experience to traditional meditation practices. What I particularly love about it is that it makes meditation feel more accessible for people who struggle to “switch off” mentally or find traditional meditation difficult. The combination of sound and physical vibration gives your mind and body something tangible to focus on, helping you settle into a calmer state much more naturally and passively. For me, this is less about forcing meditation and more about creating an environment that helps your nervous system slow down and respond differently. It’s genuinely unlike anything else I’ve experienced in this space. This link includes a 5% discount just for you.

    Incense – Palo Santo

    View on Amazon

Charlotte Recommends: The use of incense in meditative environments creates a calming atmosphere that enhances relaxation and focus. The scents of incense can positively influence the mind and body, promoting a deeper meditative state by engaging the limbic system, which is responsible for emotions and memories. Additionally, the ritual of lighting incense can signal the start of a meditation practice, helping to establish a sacred space for reflection and mindfulness. One of my favourites is Palo santo. Palo Santo is a sacred wood from South America, traditionally used for its cleansing and healing properties. When burned, it releases a sweet, woody aroma believed to purify spaces, enhance meditation, and promote positive energy.

Commonly used in smudging rituals to clear negative energy and invite blessings. Its aromatic smoke is thought to create a spiritually clean environment, making it ideal for meditation and other spiritual practices.

    Mandala Adult Colouring Books

    View on Amazon

Charlotte Recommends: Meditation means different things to different people. Not everyone finds it easy to sit and empty their mind. the benefits of meditation can be felt in many different medium, and one I love is meditative colouring. Mandalas are commonly featured due to their unique geometric patterns and symbolic significance, which promote mindfulness and relaxation. The circular design of mandalas represents wholeness and unity, making them ideal for focusing the mind during colouring sessions. I absolutely love spending an evening on the sofa, with trash tv in the background and colouring. my mind totally unwinds and I sleep so well that night!
