BUY DIRECTCharlotte Recommends: I get nearly all my household products from Bower. Bamboo Toilet Roll and Kitchen Towels, Recycled Foil. Washing up Liquid, Hand Wash, Fabric Conditioner, Toilet Cleaner Limescale Remover and even sanitary products. I do this because their products are great, and they come in recycled packaging (with a envelope to return empties in). I also got their glass dispenser too – In my account they tell you how much plastic you’ve saved and it’s great to see tangible impacts of our sustainable choices.

This is beneficial as it improves hydration, neutralises stomach acid, slows bone loss, improves sleep duration and helps nutrient absorption (which with my digestive damage is always needed!)

Water Butt
BUY ON AMAZONCharlotte Recommends: Attaching a water butt to my houses’ downpipe and collecting rain water to use in the garden, my pot plants has a feel good factor to it… Not amazingly happy to have a plastic butt, but it’s a balance – and it’s long-term use means I was able to justify to myself.
