BUY ON AMAZONCharlotte Recommends: Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate) are great in baths as the magnesium absorbs through the skin to help get deep into the muscles relaxing them. I have 1 every other day to help with the aches and pains of daily life. You need to make sure you have a reasonable amount of it to get the benefit (this is the most common reason why it people feel no effect – you can sprinkle it you need a good couple of coffee mug sized scoops!) I get 10kg a month to ensure every bath is adequately dosed. (Note I do this on amazon subscription so I save)

Far-Infrared Sauna Bag

The heat causes higher rates of sweat than a traditional sauna. The sweat is great for detox but also dilates the blood vessels for improve circulation and with that pain relief.
