My favourite is the alkaline one as not only do these clean the water of key toxins but also alters the water to the 8.8 pH. This is beneficial as it improves hydration, neutralises stomach acid, slows bone loss, improves sleep duration and helps nutrient absorption (which with my digestive damage is always needed!)
