Cards – Light of Tarot
BUY ON AMAZONNicky Recommends: Tarot cards are a powerful tool for self-reflection and intuition, often used in meditation and spiritual practices to gain insight into personal challenges and desires. Typically you select a card or spread, focusing on its imagery and symbolism to connect with their inner thoughts and feelings. This process allows you to explore your subconscious, clarify intentions, and foster a deeper understanding of life’s circumstances, ultimately guiding you toward personal growth and healing. These are literally the most comforting cards I have ever used. For me they give such a gentle but profound reading every time. I use them whenever I’m a little bit stuck on something, but particularly if I’m ever feeling a bit disconnected. They really help bring me back to me.

Jade Gua Sha Scraping Massage Tool
BUY ON AMAZONNicky Recommends: Gua sha tools are implements used in traditional Chinese medicine for facial and full-body massage to promote circulation, reduce tension, and enhance overall health. These tools work by applying gentle pressure and scraping motions along the skin, which may stimulate lymphatic drainage, increase blood flow, release fascial adhesions, and alleviate various musculoskeletal issues. Gua sha tools come in various materials and shapes, including jade (known for its cooling properties), rose quartz (for its soothing effects), and stainless steel (for its durability and hygienic qualities.) My personal one is Jade but for treatments i use Stainless Steel.
