Feel the Sound – Barbican, London
Step into a multi-sensory, immersive exhibition that redefines how you experience sound. Feel the Sound invites you to explore the deep connection between sound, emotion, memory, and the body. With 11 interactive installations, you can dance to beats from car sound systems, join an ever-expanding choral experience, and even feel music without hearing it—using vibrations and movement instead of traditional audio.
This ground-breaking show is produced in collaboration with Kinda Studios (a women-led neuroaesthetics lab) and Nexus Studios, blending neuroscience, art, and technology to create a truly holistic experience. Highlights include Your Inner Symphony, an installation that tracks your body’s response to music in real time, turning heart rate, skin conductivity, and emotion into stunning visualisations.
