At The Alchemy of Being, you'll hear us talk a lot about your "Toolbelt for Life." But what does that really mean, day to day? To bring that analogy to life, I asked Vicky a few questions about the tools she's using right now to support and grow herself.
So, what's most popular in Vicky's toolbelt? First, she starting each day with what she calls 'inner alignment' - whether that's meditating, reflecting, or just a walk in nature. She finds it essential to come back home to herself before facing the world. Second, she's really leaning into 'embodied creation'. She's growing by teaching and sharing what she most needs to learn - whether it's recording a Meditation or hosting a Retreat. And finally, she makes a point of creating conscious connections - having real conversations with heart-led people who remind her who she is, especially when she forgets.
And when she's feeling the weight of the world? Vicky go to is to get still, breathe, and reminds herself, "I'm not here to carry it all, but to transmute it." She sees every challenge as a lesson and always returns to the knowing that she is complete, enough, and never alone.
Finally, the best piece of advice she's ever been given, in the context of The Alchemy of Being? That her essence is the medicine. Not the modality, not the doing, just showing up, with nothign to prove, just her - fully expressed. It's a game changer.
